We offer 40 minute or 60 minute dreamy foot massages in our soft leather reclining chairs. Sink into the ultimate relaxation after work. Bring a friend or special someone to celebrate a birthday or special occasion. Or, simply pamper yourself! We use organic sugar exfoliant scrub and shea body butter on your lower legs and feet. Our hot towels are infused with Revive Pure Therapeutic essential oils to further personalize your experience. You will leave feeling as though you are walking on air!

Myofascial release RESET
If you have chronic pain, neck/back pain, post-partum pain, or pain from a vehicle accident or other trauma, we can help. If your conditions have not improved with traditional therapies, we utilize a variety of manual techniques to help you achieve a better quality of life. By “troubleshooting” your soft tissues, we tailor your “reset” with John Barnes myofascial release, strain counter strain, muscle energy techniques, cranio sacral and soft tissue mobilizations . Additionally, Jill provides a unique home program of self release techniques and exercises to help you maintain a better quality of life. Scar myofascial Release
Scars from surgeries and trauma also negatively influence torque on the body’s soft tissues. The “unseen iceberg” below the visible scar acts as a fulcrum twisting and changing fascia, which ultimately affects the structure of your musculoskeletal system. Reducing a scar‘s detrimental hold on your tissues allows gliding freer movement again.
Scar myofascial release requires highly skilled sustained MFR.
The majority of clients I treat have lower abdominal scars from C sections, hysterectomies, bladder suspension surgery, hernia repairs, appendectomies, and cholecystectomies. However any scar, anywhere on the body may negatively affect soft tissue. The number one reason for low back pain in women is due to lower abdominal scars “ pulling” them down and forward.
