MISSED YOUR APPOINTMENT?
We understand life happens. We will look at each circumstance for a no-show or late cancelations (24 hours notice) on an individual basis. Out of respect for our therapists, and other clients please plan accordingly and be on time.
We will charge 50% of the scheduled service for no-shows and late cancelations. Future appointments will be denied until payment is made. Thank you!
